We understand how stressful emergency situations can be for you and your horse, pony or donkey. Rest assured we are here for you 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year and all of our team are experienced in handling equine emergencies.

Emergencies when our office is closed

If your call is during the night or at the weekend whilst our office is closed, please call our regular phone number 01625 912178 and it will be picked up by our dedicated emergency answering service. They will take your details and the nature of your call and contact our on-call veterinary surgeon. The veterinary surgeon will then call you back as soon as possible to see how they can help you.
